How long will it take my order to be shipped?
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 business days for all out of stock or preorder items to ship. If you order custom wig Ship times are in the description section of the item. Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are not included.
How do I know if I can fit a wig?
I have listed in the description of each item how to determine your cap size. if you are unsure and need your head size measured you can reach out to me for a consultation.
If I am unsatisfied with my item can I have a refund? 
We do not do refunds or exchanges. Please keep in mind that all items including extensions are custom and quality may vary with products and upkeep of the hair. Please be sure you have selected the correct length and texture before ordering. If you are unsure how to care for your extensions please check out our blog portion of the site for tips on caring for your extensions and the products we recommend. Please see our "policies" section to further review the return and exchange policy.

How long does it take an item to restock once it's sold out?
Restock time may very depending upon the demand of the item. You may preorder any extensions that are not in stock and they will be shipped within 7 business days. To inquire about ordering an item that is out of stock send us an email.
If I entered the wrong shipping address can it be changed it once my order has been made?
No. Please double check the shipping address before processing an order. We will not Manually change an address. We will not pay to reship items if it is returned to us due to being undeliverable. 
Do you offer Student, Military or Stylist discounts?
We do not offer discounts at this time. Please sign up for our mailing list for special offers and promotions.
I placed an order and did not use a discount code. How can I apply the code after my order is placed?
 Once an order is placed, discount codes maybe not applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted.
In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will Strandz of Pearls cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees.
No, Strandz of Pearls will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments.  Please wait to receive  and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointment and services.
