Shipping Policy
At Strandz of Pearls we ship orders from United States Postal Service. All orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days of receiving payment unless it is custom made to order. All custom made wigs have estimated turn around time in the item description section of the website. Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are NOT Included as business days. All orders are received within 2-3 business days after being shipped. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Shipping is $9 flat rate priority mail. All international shipping is $25. All orders of $100 or more is free shipping no code necessary.
Tracking Information
Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days for the customer to receive it. Strandz of Pearls is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, each package is insured. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Policy: Due to COVID-19 We do NOT offer refunds NOR exchanges. If the item you receive (with the exception of hair extensions) is faulty upon arrival We will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address, or phone number on file once your item is returned. Store Credit can be used immediately and it does not expire.
The following items are FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN: Hair Extensions, hair products, Accessories, Bodysuits, Swimwear, or markdown SALE items. Also, If an item is altered, washed or worn (has any type of cosmetic, deodorant, perfume, or similar stain/odors it will be rejected) NO EXCEPTIONS.
**BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING** All eligible returns must postmarked within 10 days of receiving your item.
Please note again: all final sale and clearance items can NOT be returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Online Store Credit can only be used online at strandzofpearls.com any time after it is issued and does not expire. Online Store credit is provided in US Dollars.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the online store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
